Returns Deadline:
For domestic orders you may return any non-edible/non-makeup/non-personalized item within 14 days of receipt of the item for a refund minus the shipping charges. All returns MUST be authorized in advance. Damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt or it cannot be authorized for return. Please note that all internationally shipped sales are final. We do not accept returns on international orders. Please read the additional restrictions below for domestic and international orders.
The refund will be given in the form of the original payment only.
The item must be undamaged, unused, with original tags attached and with it's original packaging. The original packaging must be undamaged(no rips, tears or dents). If any parts of the packaging or product are missing a refund will not be issued.
Non-Returnable:
No returns on food, candy, personalized favors or cosmetics/make-up items for any reason.
Food/Candy:
Due to the fragile nature of our food/candy items we cannot guarantee some will not be damaged in shipment. Please order more if needed. Broken food/candy will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
International Fees:
International taxes, fees and duties will not be refunded on international orders.
International Shipping.
All sales are final on international orders. We will not offer returns or refunds on any international orders for any reason. This includes but is not limited to damages in transit, lost, stolen or items seized by customs. We will also not accept liability for any additional fees that may be incurred on international orders like, international, taxes, fees, duties or unexpected additional shipping costs. If an international item is refused we will not pay to have it shipped back and customer will not be refunded.
We offer international shipping as a courtesy to our international customers but due to the difficulty in shipping internationally we no longer accept liability for international orders once they leave our warehouse. International orders are purchased at the risk of the BUYER. Also note Designed 2B Sweet DOES NOT recommend the purchase of "First Class International Mail." We offer this ship method, as a courtesy, due to the low cost but this shipping method is NOT trackable online. There is no way for us to know if an order as been delivered to you therefore Designed 2B Sweet does not accept liability for orders lost if shipped this way. Again no refunds will be given.
Note that most international order shipped via UPS are covered automatically with some additional insurance and Designed 2B Sweet will help you to recover insurance if your package qualifies.
Changes to Product Styles:
Individual product styles are subject to change without notice, due to the
manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are
beyond our control. We will reflect any changes to the costumes or products in the web
site descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. We will
not assume liability for this and will not pay for any re-shipping or
returns of these item. The normal return policy rules apply.
Restocking:
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Mailing:
We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number for your
security. Items being returned that are lost in the mail will not be refunded. Once your return has been received, allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. All returns will be credited to the original form
of payment. Please allow two billings cycles for your credit card refund
to post to your account.
Amazon.com Orders:
Designed 2B Sweet has no access to the Amazon.com computer ordering system therefore we assume no liability for any errors or mistakes made by their ordering system. This includes but is not limited to duplicate orders, deleted orders, incorrect product information or pricing, incorrect products added to the cart, incorrect shipping addresses, billing addresses or postal shipping choices purchased. We will not refund any shipping charges due to mistakes incurred by their system. The normal return policy rules apply. No exceptions. Please contact Amazon.com to discuss shipping refunds if any of the above mentioned mistakes are incurred by their online computer ordering system.
Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges by mail. If you need a different
product or a different sized item or costume, you must place a new order
for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already
received. This is because the desired item could possibly be out of stock
at the time we receive your return.
Contact Us For Returns:
Customers must contact us in advance to return an item. The customer will be given a return authorization number. No orders will be re-shipped. Returns must be sent to the below shipping address. Unauthorized returns will also be refused.
Return Address:
All returns MUST be sent to the return shipping address below. If a return is mistakenly sent to our corporate address the return will be refused and the customer will incur the charge to re-ship their return to the appropriate location.
