Return Policy:

Returns Deadline: For domestic orders you may return any non-edible/non-makeup/non-personalized item. The return must be authorized & post marked within 14 days of receipt of the item for a refund minus the shipping charges. All returns MUST be authorized in advance. Return requests and damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt or it cannot be authorized for return. Please read the additional restrictions below for domestic and international orders.

The refund will be given in the form of the original payment only.

The item must be undamaged, unused, with original tags attached and with it's original packaging. The original packaging must be undamaged(no rips, tears or dents). If any parts of the packaging or product are missing a refund will not be issued.

Non-Returnable: No returns on food, candy, personalized favors or cosmetics/make-up items for any reason.

Food/Candy: Due to the fragile nature of our food/candy items we cannot guarantee some will not be damaged in shipment. Please order more if needed. Broken food/candy will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

International Fees: International taxes, fees and duties will not be refunded on international orders. These fees are also not calculated into the shipping of your item.

International Shipping. The normal return policy rules apply for international orders with additional restrictions. These restrictions include but are not limited to no refunds for damages in transit, lost packages, slow shipments, stolen packages or items seized by customs. We will also not accept liability for any additional fees that may be incurred on international orders like, international, taxes, fees, duties or unexpected additional shipping costs. If an international item is refused we will not pay to have it shipped back and customer will not be refunded.

We offer international shipping as a courtesy to our international customers but due to the difficulty in shipping internationally we no longer accept liability for international orders once they leave our warehouse. Also note Designed 2B Sweet DOES NOT recommend the purchase of "First Class International Mail." We offer this ship method, as a courtesy, due to the low cost but this shipping method is NOT trackable online. There is no way for us to know if an order as been delivered to you therefore Designed 2B Sweet does not accept liability for orders lost if shipped this way. Again no refunds will be given.
Note that most international order shipped via UPS are covered automatically with some additional insurance and Designed 2B Sweet will help you to recover insurance if your package qualifies.

Changes to Product Styles: Individual product styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We will reflect any changes to the costumes or products in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. We will not assume liability for this and will not pay for any re-shipping or returns of these item. The normal return policy rules apply.

Restocking: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Mailing: security. Items being returned that are lost in the mail will not be refunded. Once your return has been received, allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow two billings cycles for your credit card refund to post to your account.

Amazon.com Orders: Designed 2B Sweet has no access to the Amazon.com computer ordering system therefore we assume no liability for any errors or mistakes made by their ordering system. This includes but is not limited to duplicate orders, deleted orders, incorrect product information or pricing, incorrect products added to the cart, incorrect shipping addresses, billing addresses or postal shipping choices purchased. We will not refund any shipping charges due to mistakes incurred by their system. The normal return policy rules apply. No exceptions. Please contact Amazon.com to discuss shipping refunds if any of the above mentioned mistakes are incurred by their online computer ordering system.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges by mail. If you need a different product or a different sized item or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item could possibly be out of stock at the time we receive your return.

Contact Us For Returns: Customers must contact us in advance to return an item. The customer will be given a return authorization number. No orders will be re-shipped. Returns must be sent to the below shipping address. Unauthorized returns will also be refused.

Return Address: All returns MUST be sent to the return shipping address below. If a return is mistakenly sent to our corporate address the return will be refused and the customer will incur the charge to re-ship their return to the appropriate location.

Payment Policy:

We will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout or PayPal.

NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE EXCEPTED.

We do not accept checks, e-checks(even PayPal e-checks), COD, Money Orders, Wire Transfer or cash. All payments must be made in the form of legal U.S.D.

We do not accept orders by mail, fax or e-mail.

Shipping Policy:

Domestic Orders: Most domestic orders placed before 6:00 pm ET on business days (M-F) will ship same day. Domestic orders placed after that time will ship on the next business day. This excludes back-orders, international orders and customized orders.

International Orders: Take 24-48 hours to process before shipping on business days. We need this additional time to prepare the international shipping documents.

Customized orders can take up to two weeks to ship.

Back-Orders: We do everything we can to prevent back-orders but they do happen from time to time. When an item in your order is back-ordered the entire order is placed on back order status. The customer will be notified of the back-order within 24-48 hours on business days via e-mail. Failure to respond to the e-mail will result in the entire order being held until the back-ordered item comes back into stock. You are always allowed to cancel unshipped back-ordered items and orders. Just let us know.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Damage in Transit: Orders that are lost in the mail or arrive damaged because of mishandling by your postal carrier or the postal provider are completely out of our control. We package our items very carefully and double check our shipping labels before we ship our orders but have no control of the package once it leaves our facility. Designed 2B Sweet will not refunded or exchange these items. If this happens we suggest logging a complaint with your postal carrier.

Delivery Confirmation: Designed 2B Sweet purchases delivery confirmation, from the postal provider, on most of our shipped packages. Designed 2B Sweet only purchases signature confirmation on orders over $200.00. Orders under $200.00 are sent with delivery confirmation only. If an order is showing as confirmed delivered to a residence(signed for or not), in the tracking system of the postal carrier,(U.S.P.S or UPS) & the shipping address is the correct address originally provided to us, from the customer, when the customer placed the order we assume no liability for anything that happens to the package after confirmed delivery. This includes but is not limited to theft of the item from the residence or any damage caused by the environment such as rain, heat, cold, floods or fire. If the package is showing as delivered in the postal providers tracking system and you have not received the package we suggest calling your postal carrier and filing a police report with your local police department.

Postal Providers Designed 2B Sweet ships orders using both UPS & USPS. Designed 2B Sweet assumes no liability due to mistakes make by these postal providers when shipping & delivering a customers package. This includes but is not limited to the accidental delivery to the wrong address, shipping delays, rerouting, incorrect delivery confirmations, mishandling and unexplained loss/disappearance of the packages or items contained inside the packages. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

A CUSTOMERS FAILURE TO READ THE ABOVE POLICIES DOES NOT MEAN THEY DO NOT APPLY TO THE CUSTOMER. THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT FROM DESIGNED 2B SWEET FROM OUR WEBSITE OR OVER THE PHONE CONFIRMS AGREEMENT TO ALL OF THE ABOVE POLICIES.
