RETURN POLICIES

Exchanges:  We are not able to accommodate exchange requests.   If you need a different item, size or color, please place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive and return the item(s) you do not wish to keep using the returns process described in the following paragraphs.

Returns:  New, unopened items sold by Designed 2B Sweet may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price.

Please inspect all items in your order upon receipt.  We strive to process your order promptly and accurately; however, if your order is damaged or not filled correctly, please contact us with details at info@designed2bsweet.com  as soon as possible and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Only the purchase price of returned merchandise is refundable, the customer remains responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them as well as the cost of shipping to return the item to Designed 2B Sweet.  Any fees assessed by the shipping carrier which are the result of delivery refusal, delivery failure or package return will be deducted from the refund amount unless Designed 2B Sweet is at fault.  Additional conditions apply to international orders delivered outside the United States; please see “Additional Conditions for International Returns” at the end of this page.

Once your return has been delivered to us, allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.  All refunds will be made using the original form of payment, with the exception of returned items received after 60 days which were purchased via PayPal or credit card. These items will be refunded via Designed 2B Sweet check and may take up to 30 days to process.  Please allow two billings cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your credit card statement.

1 Fulfillment errors must be reported to Designed 2B Sweet within 14 days after receipt.  Do not return items as a result of fulfillment errors without an RMA.  Refunds will not be issued for orders with fulfillment errors without a RMA.

2 Returned items must be undamaged, unused, with original tags attached and in the original undamaged packaging (no rips, tears or dents). If any parts of the packaging or product are missing a refund will not be issued.

3 Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to Designed 2B Sweet within 14 days after receipt.  Do not return defective/damaged merchandise without a RMA.   Refunds will not be issued for defective/damaged merchandise received by Designed 2B Sweet without a RMA

No Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for items returned within 30 days.  Items may be returned after 30 days for a partial refund of the item price.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for returns after 30 days.   Items returned between 31 and 60 days of receipt will be refunded 85% of the item purchase price.  Items returned between 61 and 90 days after receipt will be refunded 80% of the item purchase price.  Items cannot be returned beyond 90 days after receipt.

 

Return InstructionsYou may return your package to us using any shipping carrier you choose. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number.   Items lost in shipping to Designed 2B Sweet will not be refunded by Designed 2B Sweet.   Please insure your package if the dollar value of the return warrants additional precautions.

Returns shipped to any other address will be refused and returned to the customer.  Any charges imposed by the carrier to return the package to the customer are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Conditions for International Returns:   The same return policies and instructions discussed in the preceding paragraphs apply to orders shipped to destinations outside the United States; in addition the following restrictions apply:

  • International Taxes, Fees and Duties: International taxes, fees and duties will not be refunded.   The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, fees assessed by the destination country’s customs and/or regulatory agencies.  These fees may be charged by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and will not be refunded if items are returned.  You may be able to contact your local postal facility for detailed information on duties, fees, and taxes assessed in your country.
  • International Delivery Refusal:  If an international item is refused, returned or abandoned for any reason, or if customer refuses to pay assessed taxes/fees/duties  we will not pay to have it shipped back to us and customer will not be refunded for any part of the order.
