I needed additional bags and the original place I ordered them from no longer add them. This was the only source I could find and I had to pay additional for expedited shipping. The product was the same and I did get them in time - they just cost a lot more then the original 8. I emailed a couple times to make sure if I did place the order they would arrive and I always heard back from someone within 12 hours which is excellent. Score of 8 just because of the high shipping costs.
